VB EVENTS was founded in 2007, thanks to the inspiration of Valentina Boyer, who has been able to transfer in her business the value of the gained experiences. The passion for art, for travel and stays abroad have helped to shape its cosmopolitan and contemporary spirit. The master’s degree in fashion merchandising and management made her natural sense of elegance and style even more refined.
A law degree and the advanced courses in personal shopping, wedding planning and events organization gave force to her exuberant imagination. Finally, the experience at the office of public relations of Pitti Immagine has been essential to create a network of knowledge and of right contacts. Those that are necessary to create the perfect scenography for any event, able to inspire emotions and give special moments.
Graduated with honors in psychology, is responsible for events from 2009 for important Italian and International companies. From September 2014 she works with Valentina Boyer, taking care of the public relations, the organization of events and weddings.
We will be forever grateful to Vale and Elena of Vb-Events for helping us plan and execute the most magical weekend for our daughter's stunning wedding two weeks ago in Florence. 150 guests haven't stopped talking about what an incredible experience it was. We weren't the easiest of clients--very picky about every detail, and there were many moving parts (and thousands of miles between us!). We recently held our daughters wedding for 120-guest in Florence, Italy. VB Events was our wedding planner. The planning for the wedding took place over the last year and went like clock work. Vale and her staff were exceptional in meeting all our needs including last minute requests and changes. Her planning was very organized any easy to coordinate even with us living on another continent. VB Events recommended high quality vendors at a responsible cost. Elena, you were spot on from day 1. I called you from of a google search here in the US; I flew to Florence and you met me within 48 hours -- you showed me the most gorgeous venues and you understood me and our needs/desires very very quickly. You gave me your honest opinion on the best caterer in town (say thank-you to Galateo for me) and which locations you thought to be most appropriate. You were thorough and introduced me to ONLY the best. I know that sometimes I was very decisive, and in some moments I was not, which did not make your job the easiest, but you stuck with me. I should not fail to mention that the party you threw for us the night prior to the wedding at Sesto on Arno was a mini wedding in itself and I only wished I hired a professional photographer to capture that too! It was a special night in a speculator space! That View!!!! MAGIC!
In hindsight, me (and anyone you plan a wedding for in the future) should just take your initial recommendations and know that it will ALL be perfect in the end. I learned that you, and the rest of your Italian professionals take extreme pride in what you do, and will not complete something/ recommend something unless it is as close to PERFECT as you can get.
On that note. Your partnering with Alessandro from Jardin Divers to help create the magic that was this wedding was the absolute right choice. What a setting and mood you both created! Everything crafted that day was picture perfect! Thank you both for creating a style that was not only authentic and timeless, but had a bit of "our story" attached to it. Especially, "the ladybugs". My guests have been sending me messages for the last couple of days saying "we want to go back!" "please renew your vows soon!". So maybe in a few years, we might just have to throw a party in Florence with you!
We are so lucky we found found Valentina and Elena @ VB-Events! They are a "rockstar" team and delivered a dream wedding for us. They did not only organized and managed everything, but they did it in style and grace. The key is that VB-Events has access to the best vendors in Florence. from wedding location, to flowers, transportation, caterers to music, photo and video and even to fireworks. Nothing is impossible, and they stood by us with great advise and direction and negotiated on our behalf, and made all our requests and ideas happen with ease. It is not easy to plan a destination wedding in Italy from all way in the United States, but the VB-Events team made it happen all the way through. We had 3 days of events, from welcome reception at Sesto on Arno, to the wedding at Villa Gamberaia to an after party Tuscan Picnic the next day at Castello Nipozzano. Valentina & Elena did not miss a beat, took care of all the logistics, made sure that our guests had everything taken care of from the day they arrived from the US and all over Europe. In short: WOW! We can with full confidence and without hesitation recommend VB-Event, if you want to your wedding to be a memory of a lifetime.
Just wanted to give a big thank you to Valentina and her team - our wedding in Tuscany exceeded all our expectations - it honestly couldn't have gone any better and a lot of that is thanks to VB Events and the suppliers they worked with. For one of the services, we chose our own supplier and they proved to be nowhere near as professional as the ones that VB Events recommended - thankfully, that did not impact what was a wonderful occasion!
