A full-service consultancy that will take care of the entire organization and design of your destination wedding in Italy.
We will manage all the steps, maintaining an overview of the event and well able to react to the unexpected.
We will recommend selected vendors to you and we will help you communicate with them in order to obtain what you are expecting, always respecting your budget.
Thanks to our expertise, we will deal with all the logistics, coordinating your big day from “behind the scenes”.
Listening to your wishes, we will find the design signature of your wedding, and we will create a unique and harmonious atmosphere that reflects you and your love story.
We will listen to your requests and we will help you draw up a list of priorities, better defining your budget and how it will be used.
We will guide you through the choice of the perfect venue and the most suitable suppliers. We will meet them together, in order to share with them your needs.
We will prepare a mood board and a detailed style design so that you will be able to see the big picture regarding your event. Together we will modify the plan and present it to the other suppliers, in order for them to further develop their parts according to their specific expertise. Together, we will choose and define the details of the set-up.
We will keep a record of all the payments and documentation relating to your dealings with the other suppliers. We will remind you of deadlines and I will keep a record of your expense, in order that your budget will always be under control.
During your big day, we will be always by your side in order to assure that everything is going as planned and to coordinate the activities of the other suppliers.
My husband and I were able to have our dream wedding in Lake Iseo and Franciacorta because of the great work from Claudia and Giulia! We had over 120 guests, all traveling in from the UK/USA/Mexico, and the team was able to coordinate a full 3 days of activities for us including hotel blocks, tours, a welcome party, and the big wedding day. They were extremely attentive to detail and helped make us feel comfortable the whole way through (especially as non-Italian speakers).

Pur abitando a Milano, ci tenevo a tornare al mio paese d'origine e al mio lago per sposarmi. Ci siamo subito resi conto che, vista la distanza, non ce l'avremmo fatta a organizzare tutto da soli. E qui è entrata in gioco Claudia! Dopo una breve ricerca su internet, colpiti dall'eleganza e dalla raffinatezza dei suoi progetti, l'abbiamo contattata. È stato merito suo se siamo riusciti a vivere con la massima tranquillità il nostro anno di preparativi, un anno in cui, passo dopo passo, ci ha accompagnati con i suoi consigli, la sue rassicurazioni e il suo buon gusto. Innanzitutto, ci ha aiutato nella scelta dei fornitori più adatti a realizzare il nostro matrimonio autunnale, che volevamo fosse raffinato, "accogliente", semplice ma armonioso in tutti i suoi dettagli, "hygge" come l'ha definito lei. È stata una giornata meravigliosa e tutto era come lo avevamo desiderato! Pur con un occhio sempre attento al budget, siamo riusciti a non rinunciare a nulla. Gli invitati ci hanno fatto i complimenti per come tutto fosse in armonia, e anche il giorno del matrimonio Claudia era lì con noi, attenta e allo stesso tempo dolce e discreta, tanto che molti pensavano fosse un'amica. Una menzione speciale va all'allestimento della chiesa, per il quale le abbiamo dato praticamente carta bianca e la cui bellezza ci ha sorpresi davvero. Il mio bouquet, poi, era favoloso! Credo che il risultato abbia convinto anche alcune amiche scettiche sulla necessità di avere una Wedding Planner, e io per prima sono convinta che senza il suo tocco dietro ogni dettaglio non sarebbe stata la stessa cosa. Quindi grazie davvero, Claudia! :-)
